Naturally Effective Health & Wellness Solutions

*A Drug Free Alternative for Pain Relief*

The future of massage is here.  Take comfort to the next level as you bring the benefits of self-care right into your living room. You no longer need to spend hours in traffic or wait in a lobby with strangers to receive a massage.  The drive to and from a spa can alter the effects of a therapeutic treatment. Instead, relax and bring comfort to you.

COVID-19 UPDATE

MCMM has opened our scheduling starting May 15, 2020.  This date is subject to change based on information received pertaining to COVID-19.  We will be taking extra precautions when allowed to resume business.  Our LMT will limit contact with anything in your home and will wear a mask throughout the session.  All of the products/equipment used will also be sanatized after every session.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Swedish Massage

This is the most common type of massage.  It involves soft, long, kneading strokes on the top most layers of the muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints.  Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Add-On Services

ASSISTED STRETCHING -

Sometimes called Myofascial Neuromuscular Stretch Therapy, is a bodywork modality that allows our trained therapist to apply range-of-motion movements to the body on a massage table, with the spine in a safe and supported position.  The stretches will be incorporated throughout your session.

FOOT/ANKLE -

This service will  focus solely on the feet and is used for relaxation and to alleviate sore soles and arches.

This massage is different than reflexology. Many people don't realize that reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears.  It is based on the theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.
